Roger is both a terrific artist and an effective leader. When the character supervisor roll at Foundation Imaging became vacant, He stepped up with little time to get acclimated to the new roll and handled it well, leading a team of character artists on Max Steel and then Dan Dare. I'd definitely recommend him for creating quality models of any kind, Modeler lead, or character supervisor. In each capacity he can be relied on to deliver the goods.
